Quality Open Spaces

There are a number of funders regionally and nationally who can support Open Spaces projects including Play Areas, Environmental Improvements Projects, Community Gardens, Allotments Projects to name a few.

Provide a range of grants committed to enhancing the community environment, natural conservation and heritage aspects of the world in which we live and create a beneficial and lasting legacy for future generations.

Grants upto £50,000 

 

Cumbria Community Foundation

 A range of grants available for community groups and non profit organisations. There are grants specifically available to Copeland

 

 

Heritage Lottery Fund

Parks for People offers grants for projects that regenerate public parks of national, regional or local heritage value.

Grants available £250,000 to £5million 

  

Awards for All

Awards for All is a Lottery grants scheme funding small, local community-based projects in the UK.

Grants upto £10,000 

 

Children in Need

Children in Need will support projects in areas of deprivation with a focus on benefit for young people.

 

 

Groundwork NE

Some development grants available for projects getting started in addition to design and planning services.
